Wow, Linyi coke spot reach 2,200 today ! If this rate maintain for the rest of Dec, then Q4 coke spot average will be 1975, close to Q4 spot average. Add the higher profit from by-products, Huaan Q4 profit will be at least 3.5 sen, better than Q3 ! ....... and that has not factor in the profits from hedging and higher sale volume yet !

Its so cheap a 23.5 cent share value for a company that generate a revenue 1.5 time its capital every quarter !!!! And make 35 milion ringgit net profite per quarter. Share target price shoukd be at least 0.55. I am sure that tge share price is extreemly undervalued. Be patient, sooner or later will rebound, look to Dnex, Hibiscus, Skpres, BumiArmada, and many other, when it look like there was no hope, all tgese share has rebounded up..

As said earlier, Huaan price will be suppressed until upliftment, spiced with ocasional cha-cha sessions. And this whole week is simply just a long cha-cha session (down to 21.5, up to 25, then down to 22.5) !

Coke futures contract J1801 (not the current main contract J1805), which expire on about 15/1/18, today is standing strong at 2,282.

Spot usually come close to futures when the futures is near expiry. Maybe later in the month, Linyi coke spot may go up to 2,250 / 2,300 !!

Huaan past financial years were all either suffered losses or made only very tiny profit.
As Q4 earning is expected to be good, so 2017 will the first year for Huaan, since listing, to make good profit (at least 7 sen profit, possible more than 10 sen).

As "Hua-An Group is targeting to distribute approximately 20% of profit after tax as dividend.", so Huaan may for the first time declare dividend in Q4 ! Hoo Hoo .............

Coke supply less than demand, iron profit high, able accept coke spot price increase.. no wonder spot price able keep increase within a week. Now already winter, seem this trend able cont until end of policy ( March ) = )

Invest for own risk
Advantages
- Base on result on share price currently under value Eps for 2 quarter already worth 0.50 sen for PE 10.
- Coming qr result , if no mistaken should be at least eps 1.5 base on coke profit this 3 month. If nothing special expanses.
- Now already winter season , coke price able remain high profit which shown better future of coke industry ( but it cause by China green policy which expired on March )
- coke price in high level now , cause by China green policy

Risk
- China base listed company , less information on management , company details. ( Listed 8 year in Malaysia , so far not much bad news on their management yet )
- Risk on announcement 8.13, delist risk ( Management announce already do submition, pending on reply from Bursa )
- Coke price adjustment affect their profit a lot, last few year .. low coke price can make the company profit become negative

Understand the risk and the future of the company only invest. = )

Since more than 6 month None of Huaan directors or big shareholders have sold any of it share no announcement was made on bursa malaysia, this give me a strong truss in the future of Huaan. We all shall look back in Feb 2018 and I am sure we all will see the share rising toward 0.55 or higher by then..
