The Glic linked shareholders { KWAP, KWSP, PNB, Asb } asking for a higher Bstead { price} valuations before agreeing { support} the privatise proposal. Just my 2 sen worth reason for the announcement delay. LTAT already line up the funds and sought the regulatory approval
