Come and think about it, the economy last year is quite tough too but Merz sales last year shot through the rooftop. Hence, this market segment is resilient to economic headwind. For the rich, a Merz is just some "loose change" or "Out of pocket expenses".
Hence, the determining factor would rather be the design of the car itself than the state of the economy If Trade View is right, then what is of more importance is the design of the motor vehicle .
When the stock goes up 76% in one year, many ppl will buy in,esp near the top, so they'll be the most anxious abt whether their speculation-turned-investment will shrink. To ease their anxiety(& to compensate for paper losses), they'll attend the AGM. The more paper losses(or gains), the higher the attendance.
winston1, you are not entirely accurate. Although July has been dividend issuance month in the past, however CCB had issue dividend in February and July both. Based on the record performance, CCB is the counter I am continuing to accumulate on weakness. I foresee mid Feb results will be good and there is a very high chance dividend will be declared.
a good stock to take a break from usd play. High growth + getting-better fundamental + speculation of dividend payout...See if it can really turn over a new leaf :)
I feel like I know this stock very well after reading articles written by SuperMan 99, great writing supported with figures & facts, seldom see others doing that. WELL DONE!!!

This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....

That's why it's so important to BUY LOW & not when everyone else has noticed the 'good news' & is piling in...Got big cushion of safety.
