Daimler (DAIGn.DE) on Sunday said the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) had requested information from its luxury car brand Mercedes-Benz to explain emissions levels in some of its cars. A spokesman for Daimler said they are fully cooperating with the request for information, and that Mercedes-Benz cars conform with all rules and norms. Q-ed to average UP @ 3.32 in the morning, but suddenly changed my mind & withdrew. Then re-Q-ed @ 3.26 in the afternoon. Phew!!! Saved $180 and will get an extra $150 in dividends.
Many people including me expected a slow down in Jan before the release of sales report, BUT, it wasn't. No of units sold in Jan 2016 surprised everyone!
With PE of 6.5 times, I do think it is safe investment with potential of re-rating in near future.
Think as doing business, you will see something is brewing there with all the news flowing here & there.
Though it is not as sexy as Airasia now, I am keeping CCB as one of my long term investment.
