This counter hasn't closed above 10 sen a share for more than a year now. It used to change hands at over 20 sen a share about 3 years ago. Syndicates may decide to act suddenly one fine day and catch everybody by surprise. You can never predict.

milwinnie. to answer this question, lets check out the following
1. What kind of investor are you, short or long term, trader, speculator?
2. Check its past history and performance to know more of the company
3. Look at what its future and potential is
4. Look at its historical price patterns (a good company share price may not go up and vice versa)
5. What is your expectation investing in it.

I guess these are my sincere comments.

At first I was very interested in Facbind due to its high cash, but then I realised it is using its cash to sustain bleeding Kbunai, not to reward shareholders. After that I sold out Facbind.
