So We Buy At Deep Discount when there is perceived "bad management" & then Others Pay a PREMIUM BECAUSE OF GOOD MANAGEMENT.

If there is specific mention of karambunai in the press you won‘t be seeing anything below 10 cents any more.

The public has short memory. They have forgotten that PM Najib mentioned
NEXUS KARAMBUNAI specifically in his 10MP speech. He promised to provide KBUNAI Rm100 millions for eco tourism and the creation of 50,000 jobs for the people of Sabah.

So it is only a matter of time the subject of NEXUS KARAMBUNAI will resurface again.

No way BN can avoid this issue if they want the votes of Sabahans. The people of Sabah voted in good faith that BN will keep the promise. Now BN want to ask for votes again. Unless BN do something concrete they won‘t get a fresh mandate to rule anymore.

Just watch the coming news. Be sure BN will have to keep its promise.

My method is a bit different compare to Calvin, he will wait to buy more if targeted stocks drop, for me I average up, the more it goes up the more I accumulate, until targeted price I will let go and buy another property for Cash... repeat the same cycle of investment again... ha ha ha huii!!! huii!!! huii!!! ha ha ha huii!!! huii!!! huii!!!

I think it is ok still to buy more before Official Anouncement. As long as it is still below 10 cents it should be quite safe. I just added a little at 7 cents. I don't think there will be any more 7 cents left when this week is over. But please invest with 21st May 2015. Don't do day trading or contra. I am quite confident all will do well when 11MP is finally here.

Today's increasing volume is a good warm up. The Real Run Up Will Start As We Get Nearer to 11MP Official Announcement.

The Impending Launch of 11MP is already mentioned in the newspapers. Every 5 Years Malaysian Govt has A New Plan. Only thing is. The people have forgotten PM Najib's promise on NEXUS KARAMBUNAI in the 10MP. As they do a search backward they can see facts and reasons.

Why Am I so Conscious of Malaysia's Every 5 Year ETP (ECONOMIC TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM)?

Answer:

I benefited greatly from The 9TH Master Plan of ETP By PM Badawi. At that time I knew instinctively that the building of highways, schools, hospitals, bridges, and other public facilities will Need Lots of Cement. As I was not sure which Cement Company to buy I just bought a little of every cement company I know in the KLSE. They were CIMA, CMSB, YTL Cement, TASEK & LAFARGE.

As it turned out they were so profitable that CIMA & YTL Cement were taken private & the rest went on to become Blue Chips.

So I always look forward to 5 Year Plan Time & ETP. That's when LIQUIDITY WILL FLOW INTO SELECTED COMPANIES THAT WILL GREATLY BENEFIT FROM IT.

And if we invest according we shall do very well.

As the pattern goes it was RM230 Billions for 9MP (2006 to 2011) & RM230 Billions for 10MP (2011 to 2016) so for 11MP (2016 to 2021) the amount will increase to RM250 Billions.

And So We Invest According to Revealed Facts & Figures - Not a shot in the dark by hearing mere rumour - just tikam tikam by luck or chance.

You see - I never gamble. I have been to Genting Highlands over 100 times the last 30 years. Never once I enter the casino and gamble. For me there is no game of chance. IT MUST BE CERTAINTY. And I am Absolutely Certain of the Future Prospects of Karambunai.

I shall give further reasons why later.

Meanwhile, please invest and don't treat kbunai like a casino. Learn to appreciate it. And What We Appreciate Appreciates In Value.

Year 2006 it went up from 3 cents to 19 cents

Year 2011 it went up from 11 cents to 29 cents.

So Hold Tight. Just watch it cross 10 cents first.

In the stock market you MUST always take the risk... I put a lot of my investment money into 1 stock... this time is KBunai... if you want to Tua Huat then you have to be daring...
