Investment Lesson.

Buy & Hold make the most money.

I met Mr. Chin, one of my Johor Buddies, in Osk Johor. Mr. Chin is a typical day trader or contra player. This is what he said, "When I win I only win a chicken but when I lose I lose a cow".

Why like that?

You see. Mr. Chin will quickly sell if he sees a profit of Rm 400 to Rm800. He always take profit when shares moved up. But he will hold on to his losses. He doesn't like to cut lost immediately - hoping for it to rebound. But finally sold at a greater loss. So his winnings are in hundreds but his losses in thousands.

Psychologists tell us that the pain of losses is twice than compared to the joy of gain. That is the problem with contra players. For fear of a losing trade they quickly sell for tiny profits. And for fear of losing they are unwilling to let go their losses but held on in the hope of a rebound.

This is the wrong approach to investment.

First. Find a good uptrending stock with good fundamental and potential. Buy and hold it tight. If after buying share prices weaken - then buy even more on weakness.

And wait. Wait for price to double, triple or go up 10 times in value.

And later sell into strength on the way up.

This is the way to invest successfully. Don't panic. Don't look at the crowd. Invest with a definite purpose in mind. See 11MP Will & Must Be Announced soon on May 21st 2015. Only less than one month away. So just buy and wait patiently. All will be richly rewarded.

There is a vast difference between smart i3 Investor people & investlah bodoh

Over here we are Bullish on Nova BEFORE it has run up. So we buy Nova at 13 cents to 15 cents.

Over there they are only Bullish on Nova AFTER IT IS ON FIRE. So they only started chasing Nova after it gone up more than 50%.

So Buy Up KBUNAI NOW At 7.5 cents. When kbunai doubled to 15 cents only then investlah people will start chasing.
