Endemic means possible for anyone ie Unvaccinated or Vaccinated to get infected la… It is the outcomes (Category 1-5) which matter to health authorities.

Just like influenza, a person can keep getting infected as time passes by… whenever he exposed himself in close proximity to other infected people or in crowded places or in contact with people with poor hygiene or at dirty/unhygienic places…
