Govt's vax rate target of 90% is good for tourism industry, reducing the risks for tourists and avoiding the trouble of u-turns after u-turns in near future. This time, once tourism areas are open, they will stay open for good. With vax booster campaign underway, the Oct of 2021 is looking much better than Oct 2020. “Malay Mail KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 29 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob announced today that Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya will move to Phase Three under the National Recovery Plan starting October 1.

He also announced that Melaka will move to Phase Three from Two, and Kedah to Phase Two from One — which means there is no state left in Phase One.“
