History may not repeat itself this time. Investors are preoccupied with the upcoming elections in 6 states. A PN win in any of the states other than the three it already holds would be bad for gaming stocks.

Whenever the price goes down, a bunch of doomsayers will emerge with all sorts of negative comments, in the hope of people selling & picking up the stock at a cheaper price.
Pls be mindful that Genting has ventured overseas and are not dependent on their operations in Malaysia, regardless of the outcome of the state elections. The bulk of their earnings are from overseas.

Yes its not easy to be a good trader. I think only abt 10% can make it eventually in the long run. Hence on short term, many amateurs will resort to using evil/cheap tactics posting rubbish non-stop on online public forums hoping to skyrocket the naive to Holland.

hold for how long?
when you see it ticking up, you buy and then sell

life is so much better this way
be careful do not buy at top
=> do not buy any stock gone up more than 30% within few months
this is the only rule you need to remember but requires some "professional judgement"
thats comes with experience.
then hold until stock drops more than 10%, cut win while still in profits

there is a term for it
some call it "momentum trading"
stocks that are going up will tend to go up a bit more.
Your profits is from the "a bit more" and must be "unlimited",
only sell when it drops more than 10% from peak.

example Genting peak 5.00 so you should have sold at 4.50
if you did that you wun be crying now.
