Genting should have a team that's dedicated for researching partnership on the latest most "happening" trends. Keep knocking on doors of big companies like Google Microsoft Nvidia or even local unicorns like Myeg YTL, exploring ways to collab and innovate. That's the ways forward. Their executives either too lazy or too old fashions. Hopeless.

Genting could have brought driverless tech to Malaysia, just corporate with chinese big tech like baidu etc to set up driverless taxis between genting hotels and genting casino already enough to create a big splash in the news, raising eyebrows and creating new attractions to the resort.

So easy!!!! Just 5 minutes of creative thinking....

I agree that Gent CEO is slow but gaji very very high. Spending Genting money no. 1. Inovation 0. June AGM let us ask LKT for the reasons why Genting and GENM are not moving like the other stocks (as mentioned earlier). Is EMPIRE making money or still bleeding

Genting need to stop talking about TauRX, the market is so niche, no meat, yet it is burning cash and no results. Very poor investment judgement in my opinion. When you can't tell who's the sarker in the room, you are the sarker! Genting is a pig waiting to be slaughter, will and always misses the next big thing, waiting to be "replace" (outdated). In AGM better shoot the CEO kaw kaw, replace him before the world replaces Genting.

Don’t count the chickens too soon! GB results could be anything from sublime to ridiculous…remember a tool called impairment charges can be used. Also the business growth and recovery was never in doubt it is more about when share dumping would start by the stakeholders. Million dollar question. We should already be 5.75+ based on previous and nit current performance. Empire resorts and future offloading hopefully won’t be repeated? We live in hope,

Little rise and it is halted. All due to governance and behaviour issues of the owner and his side kicks. Nothing else. Everybody agrees about the value, but the institutions that matter don’t as they like to invest in companies that the major stock holders treats it as his personal
Bank account and a private entity.

Watch out for ParkView mgt holder of 45% of shares…..this is the private entity….who trade a lot in Genting group,of companies and the cause of some of the issues….in my humble,opinion. Proper institutions including international fund managers hold 23 % which is less than a normal for a good company…lot of these investors are passive long term …I wonder what they think of this continued under performance and governance issues. Even Yinson’s long time CEO has resigned …as new thinking is needed in this changing market, old strategy won’t do….!
