I heard the good department in investment bank is CF. ECM is for normal persons. Top students all go maybank work. Loser go rhb. I still angry him no offer me job. I hate him. So do I really care if he has Ferrari or not? I can also say he has 10 million in bank from Anwar Ibrahim.

Hate one person and jealous is normal human thing. Last time I go interview he wear like Padini shirt 59.90 each. Now I want to tell people wear prada 2999.90. 50 times upgrade who no jealous of cos we have many friends in bank can hide behind nickname together.

I don't think it's a trap. This company still profitable and is a cash rich zero debt company. In fact the company's profit should be higher but due to new accounting policy, the unrealised earnings from stock market will not take into account as profit.

Reference is made to announcement dated 1 November 2018 and the summary judgement ordered in favour of Hexza Corporation Berhad (“Hexza” or the “Company”).

During the hearing dated 19 September 2019, the High Court of Singapore (the “Court”) has ordered that Tin Maung Kyin (“Pete Tin”), a director and major shareholder of Singapore-registered Tembusu Industries Pte Ltd (“Tembusu”), be adjudged bankrupt and the Official Assignee be appointed as the trustee of the bankruptcy estate (the “Court Order”).

Finally the court case came out with a decision and don't know how much Hexza can recover from the bankruptcy of Tembusu.

Apple closed 243.58 yesterday. Simple calculation: 40,000 x 243.58 x (4.10 to 4.20, or 4.15) = RM40,434,280.00.

What does this mean? How about the realized gain from the selling of Facebook and Alibaba shares? Will it be included in the forthcoming QR? How much NVIDIA worth?

As I mentioned last week, Hexza sold facebook and Alibaba share and cash back the total of RM22,283,435. This amount is equivalent to 11sen per share of Hexza, 14% of current price of 78sen.

Yup, thanks for sharing. But it seemed to me that it's not good enough in terms of EPS. Most people will only take serious look/action when they see it. Without it, it's just remained a value stock. That's all.

Does the above rm86m exclude the recent sale announced for Facebook and alibaba shares where a gain of abt rm4m and proceeds of almost rm33. 3m was raised.
Thst would mean hexza is sitting on a cashpile of about rm65m and an investment value of rm86m plus inventories & debtors of a other rm40m. Almost rm191m of liquid assets not counting the business operations. Rm95sen per share translated as liquid holdings.
No wonder the share is moving up higher every week.

Gary Goh was the most useless CEO in Hexza. There was no achievement under his helm and the Company was on the brink of doom due to few serious scandals. It was a serious mistake to hire him. See both bottomline and topline when he was the CEO of the Company. I believe the owner's son was forced to come back to save the Company

Hexza really undervalued. Total other investments and cash (107.8mil + 44.8mil) 152.6mil equivalent to 76sen/share compare to current share price 70sen. Total inventories + AR - AP (22.8mil + 20.0mil - 6.7mil) may generate another cash 36mil equivalent to 18sen/share. Court case against Tembusu may reverse back the impairment loss of 28.5mil

Dividend 5 sen at the cost of 70 sen is well better than putting FD in bank. It is a good counter for investment. Very few counters traded below 1 ringgit can pay such dividend every year.
