Bullard is not a voting member on the Fed's policy setting committee. The former central bank staffer said inflation continues to run somewhat below the Fed's policy setting committee's target of 2 percent.

there wont be inflation lar ... it will be deflation ... meaning price goin down, because of no demand due to people got no money to spend. Good luck, i haven't met a stock which able to bounce higher with rights/warrant issued. Insas is probably worse as they are so unlucky to get in the way of Bear market when they intend to do that. Might catch 0.40 as they probably can't do share buy back for quite a long time.
