In Melaka RHB/OSK i think has the biggest crowd

I used to visited almost all security firm in Iskandar, Melaka, Seremban, Ipoh & KL.

From different Remisiers I picked up investment ideas

I got Pm Corp from OSK/Johor

I got Dutaland from Interpacific Remisier

I got DRB from OSK Top Broker who drove a Merc Benz

So many Sifus taught me good stuff.

And Insas?

I bought a Subaru Touring Wagon from INSAS years back.

Both DRB & MRCB are strong buy calls of Calvin.

So are PBA & OPCOM. Both by opposition parties.

No one knows tha outcome of GE14 Election.

Even George Soros made a blunder betting Hilary against Trump.

So don't go betting.

Just buy while cheap.

Same goes for OPCOM. With Rm300 millions cumulative Project awards already in hand OPCOM should now be above 90 sen (not below 60 sen). So the political discount already factored into the price.

The safest Rock Solid Tsunami Sheltered Stock of Bursa. Champion Sifu Dr. Neoh also in Top 30 Shareholders

4) OPCOM
This only has NET CASH of 20 Sen. Rm300 millions Job awarded which translates to another 30 sen profit. It will survive for the next 5 years and continue to give 3.4% dividend yearly. However, A Special Dividend is expected.

PE is below 10x. P/BV is even more astounding less than 0.5x (whereby its investments in Inari, Ho Hup, Omesti all recorded at BV). It's liquidation value per share is around 1.60. Just take into consideration of the potential revaluation of its holdings in Inari alone, should add up to 2.64 per share, ignoring investments.

Rolling PE is less than 4. Inari is reflected in Insas accounts as only 55 sen per share. Insas is biggest Inari shareholder with over 400 million shares more than twice KWAP has and KWAP is buying at above RM2.30.

Although in the past Insas merely gave one sen dividend, this year in view of massive EPS of 30 sen for year ended 30/6/17 and massive cash of RM500,000,000 Insas might declare a higher dividend.

Insas has weak TA, too many weak shareholders, contra players who keep losing, plenty of stale bulls. But Inari up 8 sen today. Insas has 400 million Inari shares which means gain of RM32 million.
