Dear all,
With June 2017 Financial Year EPS of (8.84+3.21+9.99+5.24) =27.28 cents compare to June 2016 Financial year EPS of 11.67 cents. Assume a PE of 6 - 8 the share is worth RM 1.64- 2.18.
As of dividend let as all attend the AGM and ask Dato’ Sri Thong a reasonable dividend of 20% EPS= 5.5 cents.

Any accountant to interpret Insas financial review: which part of RM189.4 million pretax profits is non-monetary income, not derive from operation profit.
Note: Associate companies at book value of RM 302,571,000 as on 30 June 2017. Can someone calculate what is the capital gain (unrealized profit) on Inari?

Sslee, there are several associated companies lumped in the RM302,571,000 where the book value of Inari is at around RM220,000,000 or roughly 55 sen per Inari share. Total Inari shares owned is slightly above 400,000,000. Unrealized gain would be market price of Inari shares subtract 55 sen multiple by 400,000,000.

Why do I have to mention warrant or mother here. Use finger to think also know is WB la.

Anyway, just a lesson to you. If a stock drop 15%, once it recover back to the initial price, it is no longer 15%.

If Rm1 -15% = 85sen. If from 85sen back to RM1, it is 17.6% NOT 15%.

Just my 2cents. Just buy now and sell in Nov-Dec 2017.
