Calling Loklok,

I think the rise of Ron95 & Diesel will help Company with High NTA like BJ Corp but not so good for GSB. Gsb's "G Residence" construction cost will rise by 10% in tandem with petrol price rise. I think it would be a better strategy to sell GSB into strength and switch to BJ Corp due to the escalating cost of many construction related materials that will trim the profit margin of GSB going forward.

Buy/sell your own decision.

I began to buy at around 0.50, averaging 0.50 as well, thought there is not much downside potential, given support, and good upside potential given improved balance sheet. If there is any concern, it would be VT shifting BJCorp's money to enrich himself, or cooking the book. Of course, lets hope the market fundamentals are not worsening
