normally result will be out end of month.... judging by their habits ...
as they are parent company, need to consolidate all other subsidiary / associate companies into one.
Hope that the CFF won't resign in the last minute like MOLG !
Then we all have to RUN for our lives then !

In Bjcorp results...tht is the so called profit attributed to the shareholder of Parent... whc..is normally very low and sometimes it is in the negative territory although its holding in Bjtoto, BjAuto and BjFood...doing well...and paying dividens...(as investment income)... unless Bjcorp fully owned business likely Cosway and etc..making huge profits...then it may see some different... kikikikikikiki.... Alamak big loss lo for this counters....woo..woo...

VT should back focus on Bjcorp soon after series of internal restructuring and make new investment. BJcorp increase stake in subsidiary: Bjland (62.5%), Bjtoto (51.5%), convert more warrant at 70sen in Bjfood, raising stake (57.8%), make new investment in Redtone (30%). At he same time, Bicorp cutting stake, realize handsome gain in Bjauto (36%), TMClife (5.5%), disposed landbank.

With most stock at least recover 60% back before 'knee jerk crisis 2 week ago' Bjcorp share at merely 39.5sen is still the near to its historical lowest level. Time to recover is expected.

But, for sure Bjcorp share cannot slump at these level for too long. The realize gain in Bjauto will be recognized in Q3 and gain in landbank disposal will likely in Q4. In additional, the 57% subsidiary Bjfood also record exceptional recognition for wholly own starbuck in Q2, all these should reflect in Bjcorp result, and share price should responding to it soon or later.

Must have been drunken with too many bottles of Guinness Stout last night.

How could VT privatise BJ Corp at 15 cents.? Unless he has 90% Shares and only then he could excercise Mandatory Offer to take BJ Corp private. At the rate he is buying up BJ Toto, BJ Lands & Redtone shares I think he is planning for BJ Corp to make tons of money for shareholders.

Just like Warren Buffet did for Berkshire Hathaway.

Last Quarter BJ Corp reported a very tiny profit of only 0.24 cents. But Its NTA has increased by 6 cents from RM1.24 to RM1.30

Now How Did NTA Increased by 6 Cents If There Is No Revaluation of Assets Like All The Landed Properties, Hotels & Resorts?

The 6 Cents NTA Increase DID NOT COME FROM ASSET REVALUATION.

IT CAME FROM PROFITS, OF COURSE!!

But The Accountants of BJ Corp is So Smart NOT to book them as profits BECAUSE PROFITS ARE TAXABLE While Increase in NTA IS NOT!!

So We Have 6 Cents Profits Through Accounting Genius Booked as An Increase in NTA.

Now It Is Actually A Gain of 6 Cents Realized or Not. So we take another look at BJ "Con"

6 cents profit equals to a growth of 15% this quarter or if annualised = 60% profit which is equivalent to P/E 1.6 Only.
