kikikikiki... i remember i stayed with those chinese banks from 6 years since 2009 times..gone thro many up and down cycles and lucky to say tht they are paying handsom dividen each yrs... and i keep buying and buying...and at last... they are rebound to the new height again...kikikikikiki... i thk the same phenomenon gonna to happen with BJ Con...but this round it shall be strong rebound with special dividen.... kikikikikiki... believe is the word... Bjland recently issue new mtn to finance further debt renewal. So it is debt rollover forever you see. Sinve int now also low mah. NO point payback all now.

kikikikikiki... If i m Tan Sri, i would rather privatise BJ Land.. "One Stone Two Bird" but privatisation of both Bj toto and Bj land has yet to be the agenda in Bj Corp due to there are many businesses in Bj Con whc needs much cash to support the operation... If u see Cosway turn around from last year loss of 22 mil back to 100 mil yearly in net profit...then...its shares price is more likely to be sustainable... The other possible points are to inject those F&B (whc are still with BJ Con) to BJ Food..ie.. Papa Johns, Wendy and etc... but Papa John is still loss making business until last year... but one thing is confirmed...ie the "1 bilion story of Berjaya" in the coming qtrs... kikikikikikikiki....Special Dividen is likely as i mentioned early on... it can be in the cash form or treasury shares redistribution.... but dun hope tht much... kikikikikiki.... just a guess... 5 sen...shj. as i predict as per prices of Bj Con...so far...
