I think current still cannot say "undervalued" due to pe still high with high nta. Means management is weak and cannot guarantee profit improvement for every quarter. But it is still got potential to recover. Up to you believe or not. Management should set a kpi and explain to share holder why profit is weak. If cannot reach to kpi, please resign yourself and give the seat to the people more capable.

if u see the bjtoto price now, you know why bjcorp price is so weak. bjtoto -> bjland -> bjcorp. Want bjcorp up, can, bjtoto price up back above 4 level. something wrong recently, the price drop below 4, which the 4 level maintains so many years already. Not good, not good....

Let me illustrate.

I know of a Johor Real Estate Investors with 200 houses.


He once bought a row of 12 houses from Danaharta by open tender.
He got it for Only RM60,000 each. Each house is 22 x 70 or 1,540 sq ft. After renovation of RM20K per house his cost is RM80K each.

4 rooms 3 baths. Now he only tenanted them out for RM500 each. So the yield is only so so. And he has high expenses as he kept 2 new cars & other vices (unmentionable). So his cash flow looks poor.

His appearance? He wears cheap pasar malam slippers, T shirts & Shorts.

Looks like a really poor fella.

But Over The Years His Invested Properties Have Jumped 300 to 400%

If he wanted to he could sell all and cash out to be a multi millionaire.

But since he enjoy what he is doing money is still being fully invested. He did sell and repurchase other undervalue properties all the time.

Now think of BJ Corp's Assets & Thriving Businesses Not Fully Realized.

And VT kept rotating monies into BJ Land (Highly Valuable Assets) BJ toto (defensive) nothing is wasted.

Do you see similarity?

How else they sold off Kfima at 35 cents, Lafarge Cement at 66 cents, PM Corp at 9 cents & Perak Corp at 60 cents.

Must know few information:
(1) BJCorp have BJAsset, BJAuto, BJtoto,BJFood,SEM etc near 50% of share;
(2) Not much change profit and loss on above company, except BJFood 2nd quarter announce on 12th Dec 2014, net profit jump from 6M to 163M, I expect BJFood have good result in financial year 2015 announce during Jun 2015.
(3) BJCorp have BJFood arounf 64%, if BJFood have 371M share, BJCorp will have extra profit 100M, this may come take away SEM from BJFood and profit gain.
(4) I can foresee BJCorp have good result on 2015 Jun whole year financial result;
If BJCorp currrent price is RM0.40 and may be have opportunity up to RM0.60 in this year
BJCorp-CU is RM0.06 now with exercise price RM0.43, I bet it from RM0.06 to RM0.12.

using market cap to measure how much bjcorp's subsidiary worth is not right, as it neglected the huge debts underlying the bal sheet.

For exp, Tony bought AirAsia with rm1 only, but pls bear in mind that he had to bear rm40million debts of AirAsia at that time.
