Not at the moment, as most of my capital already swap back and invested in Puncak, awaiting for water restructuring to be complete in these or next week and follow by special dividend RM 1/fully diluted to be declared. Will need to wait for Puncak catalyst to emerge and realize handsome profit, free up capital before can move on to invest in other stock.

Perhaps also investor should wait a little while, Bjcorp is expect to announce its Q4 result by next week. With lack of exceptional gain (like revalue bjauto as JV associate in Q3 and incomplete land disposal yet), Q4 result may only able to deliver about eps 1 sen. However, if Bjcorp indeed proposed higher than dividend or special dividend or share dividend, then, it will surprise investor and price may rebound strongly. However, the entitlement date for such dividend will be in next 3-4 month time before it declare officially.

Remark: Although Bjcorp deliver exception high eps in Q3, but it is on non realize cash basis, only revalue higher of its remaining balance stake in bjauto, about 37% left to be based on market value instead of cost of investment.

In addition, Bjcorp just complete take over control Redtone, may already use up most of the cash proceed from cut down Bjauto stake from earlier 57% to balance 37%.......
