Update from BJCorp investor relation:

Menara Bangkok Bank, Berjaya Central Park was completed and handed over to Purchasers in June 2015. It has achieved 95% sales with a total sales value of RM525 million to date and this project will generate a GDV of RM553mil.

For The Ritz-Carlton Residences Kuala Lumpur, construction work is at an advanced stage of 82% development and is targeted to see completion in the first quarter of 2017. A GDV of approximately RM1.0 billion is anticipated from the sale of the 288 units of exclusive, luxurious and prestigious branded residences.

I have made a huge mistake in estimating the GDV of Menara Bangkok Bank/Ritz-Carlton Residences with an initial thought of RM 3 billion, only to be reduced to RM 2 billion approximately a month after finding both buildings are about the same size. Well, guess I was wrong again, its actually approximately RM 1.5 billion...

These are nothing compared to other Bj Corp's COLOSSAL ASSETS

Listed company doing business may need to pay more tax or monitor by Bursa, BJAuto and BJCorp is inject or transfer all business into a SPV ( Special Purpose Vehicle ), How to play SPV I also studying, cannot ask too much to accountant or finance adviser, last you also need to do own homework.

BJCorp is complicated, sure, Major share holder have it around 50% (1000M direct 1000M indirect), other oversea fund may be 5~10% ( 200M~400M share ) , How fund is coming back is a issue, the balance 1600~2000M is too much, it can trade 10M more per day and 30 largest trade in day, but compare to 1600~2000M is vary small.

Monitor the foreign trade statistic everyday, mostly is sell, you need Malaysia fund come in also no point, they will ask by PM to support main share.

We need to retrieve back to foreign fund confidence.

If someone call for donation to PM one person RM100/=, support PM, I will donate, may be let foreign fell PM is solid, and back to Malaysia invest...let BJCorp share price back to normal, I escape from this hell.
