It should be Bjcrop payout 2.16sen cash, with option share re-investment at 36sen....instead of pay share dividend 3 for 100, but tag as payout 2.16sen which is based on its treasury cost at 72sen....what a a tricky VT......

2.06 is paper cost NOT the actual amount receive by shareholder. If the shareholder own 100 shares and receive the 3 shares, sell on open market at 36 sen ACTUAL money receive RM10.80. This is the FACT.

The announcememt is a bit misleading. After reading all details, the yield is as good as 3% only because you are only getting 3 dividend in specie shares for every 100 shares owned.

If 100 lots give 3 lots that mean is 3%, if future price not drop or drop 2/3 also consider get 1%. Too old forget the mathematics already. Think too long time.

Haha. sell 3/100 of your shares now to lock-in the 1.08c/share dividend if you do not like to be surprised with a different payout either way.

If you hold on till div ex-date and the market price drops to 34c, you can still sell 3 shares for $1.02 and end up with more than $1.01 after selling costs.

But if the market price rises to 80c, your 3 shares will be worth $2.40 translating to an effective dividend of more than 2.38c per share after selling costs.

Who knows what's going to happen?

You think we are idiots. We know how to calculate lol. Please be honest next time maybe we will more respect because you are a honest man. alas, if you are buying this stock recently in hope of a successful Vietnam Toto business, you should ask more about this operation (I emailed BJCorp investor relation, was informed no fix date to launch yet the first drawing, probably that's why share price not moving at all, sigh!) If you are buying cause BJCorp will address its past woes from China GMOC, Jeju Airest City and delayed Menara Bangkok Bank project to reallocate funds efficiently, I suppose we are close to that now, given that GMOC sale has received half of the money already, Jeju's case in court now, while Menara Bangkok Bank is close to completion.

If your money's stuck in BJCorp long time ago caused bought at above 1 per share, there's no point to worry now, given the price is so low, you won't be seeing a recovery unless a successful Vietnam Toto is announced, which could be another year or two in the making...

quite frankly, can't figure out why, given Menara Bangkok Bank is completed already (leaving only Ritz-Carlton Residences,) BJCorp has not received the proceed from the sale? Think half to a third of the building is bought by Bangkok Bank and Berjaya Sampoe Insurance...

Given that BJCorp is able to raise RM 1.2 billion in FY 2016, I have to say the prospect is rather good, at least compared to FY 2015. Think this is probably why I can't figure out why the share price has not recover to 0.45 - 0.60 level despite the improved balance sheet and progress in property development sector (completion of Menara Bangkok Bank and Kyoto Four Season and sale of GMOC)

看了每一年最高及最低股价, 以目前价位,又拿到博彩经营权,我流口水,很兴奋。

BJCORP虽然说不上是一间好公司,但也不是烂公司,现在是他的长子在成功集团领軍,自从2006年完成重组后,BJCORP从2007年开始有盈利了, 虽然有时有额外盈利(脱售资产)的贡献, 但比起2006年之前的业绩, 目前公司好过以前多多, 其实BJCORP的6大业务很赚钱, 以最新半年业绩来看,TOTO赚最多, 排第1:税前盈利达252m, 第2:产业投资与产业=90m ,第3:Marketing consumer products and services=69m,第4:Hotels and resorts=18m,第5:Financial services=3.3m, 第6: Restaurants and cafes=2.7m,再加上associates赚78m,税前盈利达5亿1千万令吉。

扣除半年课税达180m及205m利息开支,所剩盈利不多,还要扣除其它开消,但幸好有Investment related income 229m进賬 。BJCORP弱点是债务太多，净负债达56亿，盈利被利息开支吞食，但它的NET BOOK VALUE值66亿，而且很多地库及资产已有20-30年没有重估计算过，NTA=RM1.61。

以前我没有推荐过陳志远的公司, 但这次推荐的原因是它拿到了越南(独家)博彩经营权,BJCORP间接占了蛮大的股份(40,8%)及股价处于超低价位,拿到经营权,股价还在接近最低价位,怎么不流口水呢,买在RM0.38可以说是低风险(就算有意外, 最多亏20%左右)高回酬的投资,(潜在回酬可达100%至500%, 看越南博彩业务发展的程度),。当然买后要有收1-2的心里准备, 但也可能只要几个月股价会冲破RM0.50。

基于是独家生意, 以及租 一间店面请2个人, 成本少少就可以营业了,相信利润会比大马好(大马有竞争), 请记注, 公司打算5年内开1万间投注站,TOTO才680个投注站,每年营业额达40-50亿,越南9千万人口, 那还得了(想想晚上做萝都会笑).

跟朋友早会吃点心时,建议朋友把烂股(一直亏钱的公司)或看不到有前景的公司买掉换BJCORP。

在3/2/16分享后，有买进的朋友，不要太早套利，给它一点时间，相信有意想不到的收获，我买RM0.375，目前是第2主力股，我会耐心等待。

（吉隆坡27日讯）隨著丹斯里陈志远掌控的成功机构（BJCORP，3395，主板贸服股）以每股80仙或总价5607万令吉，增持立通国际（REDTONE，0032，创业板）7009万9931股股票，或相等于10.53%股权后，该机构在立通国际的持股率已提高至35.84%，触动了全面献购条例；因此，成功机构以相同的价格，即每股80仙，向立通国际剩余的4亿2702万股股票或64.16%股权，提出全面献购。同时，也建议以每股32仙，全面献购立通国际9750万1835张不可赎回可转换无担保债券（ICULS）。

无论如何，成功机构有意保留立通国际的上市地位。

配合以上企业活动，立通国际和成功机构的股票在周五下午3时开始暂停交易，直到下午5时，它们暂停交易前股价，分別是83仙和44仙。两者股票將在下周一（30日）恢復交易。

以立通国际暂停交易前掛价83仙计算，成功机构的每股80仙献购价，折价3.6%。

第3季净利暴涨60倍

另一方面，成功机构也在今天公布业绩，其2015財政年第3季（截至1月31日止）净利暴涨60倍，至9亿7540万令吉，去年同期为1597万令吉；营业额则按年微跌6.6%，至22亿1047万令吉，去年同期为23亿6661万令吉。

该公司首9个月净利按年激增11倍，至11亿3676万令吉，去年同期为9003万令吉；营业额也按年上涨18%，至72亿7155万令吉，去年同期为61亿5956万令吉。

上市公司接到一項極有可能失敗的全面獻購建議，股價竟然穩步攀升，這葫蘆賣的是甚麼藥？

重點就在這裡：不知道是哪些藥。

兩週前，同屬丹斯里陳志遠旗下的立通國際（REDTONE，0032，創業板貿服組）和成功集團（BJCORP，3395，主板貿服組）雙雙停牌半天，隨後兩家公司宣佈，成功集團將以每股80仙現金價全購立通。

分析員將這項建議稱為“技術全購”，主要是因為成功集團向拿督斯里賽阿里收購立通的10.53%股權後，與夥伴的持股從25.31%提高到35.84%，觸及全購門檻，因此成功集團“順手”以低於立通最後報價83仙的出價提出收購建議，而且該公司將保留立通的上市地位，因此投資者普遍看淡這項全購計劃。

雖然立通全購成敗難料，上週其股價卻繼續升高，甚至升破全購價80仙，收84仙。

立通近來消息接踵而來，當中又以柔佛蘇丹依布拉欣崛起成為大股東，以及傳不勝傳的U Mobile“借殼上市”最為引人矚目。

其中，柔佛蘇丹持股從4.8%大幅提高至20.13%，更讓立通漲至90仙的10年新高。

隨著柔佛蘇丹增持股權和全購消息逐步退熱，投資者現在最為關注的立通動向，剩下陳志遠會否將UMobile注入這家電訊公司。

根據肯納格研究的粗略估計，U Mobile如果尋求上市，其潛在市值可達8億6千100萬至185億令吉。相比下，立通截至上週五（3日）的市值僅有不到6億令吉。

根據公司委員會的資料，U Mobile截至2013年12月止財政年的營業額猛增95%至9億1千920萬令吉，淨虧損則從前期的4億4千440萬令吉收窄至3億6千320萬令吉。

縱觀2013年，U Mobile擁有10億3千萬令吉資產，負債則是5億9千190萬令吉，用戶達440萬人，市佔率約10.3%。

If the major shareholder would like to increase his share holding by 3% or even more,
that say his direct holding is 1000m units. 3% will need 30m units. If currently holding 22% means after that will change to 25%.

what will happen if acquire from market? other than need cash, he also have to pay higher cost for that. Share price will up as more demand coming in.

how nice to be a major shareholder. they can buy by himself directly from market or through company and thereafter declare as share dividend. All decision can make in his mind without depend others for approval.

If continuously accumulate in this way, if and only if, price remain unchanged or even lower, it will be more closer for privatization.
