RAM Ratings withdraws rating of BJ Corp’s debt issue upon early redemption

RAM Ratings has received confirmation that BJ Corporation Sdn Bhd (BJ Corp) had fully redeemed and cancelled its MYR 255 million Bank Guaranteed MTN Programme (2012/2022) on 23 May 2016. As such, we have withdrawn the AAA(bg) rating of the MTN and no longer have any rating obligation in respect of the facility.

AllianceDBS Start monitor is share；

KUALA LUMPUR (June 15): AllianceDBS Research said the immediate hurdle for Berjaya Corporation Bhd (BJCorp) was at 37 sen and that BJCorp had on June 14 traded lower to 35.5 sen before closing unchanged at 36.5 sen.
In its evening edition yesterday, the research house said BJCorp continued to trade below the 20-day and 50-day moving average lines in the last 3 days.
“Following the unchanged settlement on June 14, the stock is likely to move lower again with immediate support seen at 35.5 sen...........

Fundamentally said unless bjc management not only have to repairs his image but also seek gains in new projects launch. Otherwise at lower u can expect until VT swoop all %share stake needed.

Alas, clear the disposal of China property project and settling the dispute on jeju project are minimum to pare down debt. Completion of menara Bangkok bank and kyoto four seasons are great ways to free up cash flow for future projects. Of course, sorting out cosway and making a successful Vietnam Toto business would be best....

Calvin does not operate with syndicates. Shares should go up on its own fundamental.

(1) BJToto result is good, only balance waiting BJLand, don't know buy in 12% have any impact or not Magni also not coming out yet, but sell a lot already. BJMedia is small company.
(2) Also monitor Brexit result this weekend;
(3) Foreign still continue net sold RM46.5M, is slow down, but is sold...

Are we want to bet? just buy in more RM3550/=, today bet more RM3500/=.
Is a most come out already, the insider still no action, feel cool.

The additional profit generated from toto is more than enough to offset profit which would have been contributed from BJAuto. Hope its FMCG and property segments maintain the performance.

VT and Robin knew BJTOTO will report better result. Why BJCorp still sell BJTOTO, why not wait until result released and try to fetch a better price for BJcorp share holder.

Despite the glowing reports about BJToto 4Q16 results, QoQ and YoY wise, the picture of the full year's performance is dismal.

Profit attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent for Y16 dropped to 306,183,000 from 361,610,000 the previous year despite revenue rising 5.3%. Earnings per share dropped to 22.70c from 26.86c previously.

So BJCorp will be getting less contribution from BJToto.

flyingkite I think when bjc anounced private it then maybe can get back 1.50.
I already loss 20% on bjc , still hold until now, what I hope is bjc this year can be a little bit mercy to us and give us 3% dividend , hope can get 3sen , then we all happy happy raya

Careful for the announcement VT accumulate BJCorp announce,

We issue out the ICULS ( BJCorp-LE, 10-year 2% Irredeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan Stocks 2016/2026 of RM1.00 nominal value each, RM0.50/share in the market ) to purchase from 2 guy 12% BJLand. ( Only two guy have and with good interest then us 1%), now convert,

unless BJCorp announce give 3% interest. then I can explain.

Since 16th Jun 2016 total convert 20M of BJCorp-LE or 2016/2026 ICULS,

I still vary closely monitoring VT direct share announcement from Bursa 17th Dec 2015 nearly 1,035,302,900 until to recently 23rd Jun 2016 nearly 1,037,302,900 unit, only 2M increase, unless report mistake.

The share price is attractive, but careful.

PE=2; NTA=RM1.60, IF BJLand good result, Sat newspaper England still in EU, will purchase more, now only accumulate litter litter and careful.

The NTA is RM1.60, and market price is RM0.35, how to goreng? if privatize take over from 50% to 75% also need RM700M/= in market price RM0.35.then the other 25% need another RM700M/=.
If 1035M share goreng up RM0.10 can get RM103M/=, if extra 2% interest can get RM20M/=.

oil price stable around 45-50, palm oil stable at 2400-2600 ,najib government are firm than before , i dont see any crisis in malaysia stock market . Any big drop because of brexit is time to grab more.
