A small mistake making a big difference in the news. Revenue is actually VND 1.7 billion . How can 1700 billion can be generated for 150 terminals with average VND 11.89 million per terminal? To generate 1700 billion per day, Vietlot is required to install at least 100k units terminals.

Yup, they are confused with B and M, should be 1,700m.

However, assuming 20% net margin, net profit only RM26m per year, which is relatively small.

there's actually uncertainty around the business deal with Vietlott. BJCorp can't reveal the revenue and profit sharing agreement thus far. There's no way to know how much BJCorp is benefiting from the Vietnam Toto deal... I am accumulating anyway, primarily due to improved cash flow from operation after completion of Menara Bangkok Bank and Kyoto Four Season and to be completed soon Ritz-Carlton Residences. With the completion of China property project sale and Jeju court case (hopefully a favorable deal, latest announcement in the quarter report is the judge agreeing to the appraisal of the whole project, yummy yummy), BJCorp debt load should reduce significantly and profits will begin to show after cost of financing reduced...

This is a joke la. First day profit RM300 million dont expect them to have shiploads of money sailing from Vietnam. It is still a communist country. To get the money out of the country is not easy. Tough luck for BJ Corp. Long way to go for it to rise.

Excerps from a posting dated 8 Dec 2016 in the Viet-News;

"In the first day in Hanoi, the company achieved the sales of VND 1,689 billion.

According to the statistics, the lottery sales in Hanoi at the end of the date 5th December 2016 reached VND 1,689 billion, on an average of VND 11.89 million / terminal. It can be considered as a positive start for trading computing lottery of Vietlott in this market – the company confirmed."

11.89m x 150 = 1783.5m, so VND1,700m computes. This means the revenue collected in the first day of operation was about RM335,000. The net profit imputed at 10% will be about RM33,500 for the day.


Another new report posted by Asian Gaming Brief in the evening of 5 Dec 2016 stated that Vietlott's total revenue has reached VND1 trillion, presumely refering to Berjaya GTI's computerised lotteries only since it was qualified by "since its launch on July 18, 2016". I can assume the lottery business that BJCorp is engaged in Vietnam has collected a total revenue of about RM197 million during the four and half months of operation. Net profit so far about RM20 million?

没有那么好赚啦，5% net profit已经不错了。
现在每个月至少有7千万马币（Jackpot）。加上4d，肯定过亿。
2017年结束前， Jackpot一期一定可以超过3000万马币的营业额。
2016年最高记录是1400万马币。
最近最差的都有500万马币，700万是很普遍了。
