Bjcorp without Vietlott Jackpot was around 0.45-0.50 .. but the current price is 0.35 with a precious recession proof lotto company.. does is make sense? the lotteries is selling like hot cakes in vietnam with a population of 90m . market cap for vietlott will be few times bigger than bjtoto..just imagine

Hahaha!

CALVIN LIKES IT WHEN OTHERS ARE DOUBTFUL AND FEARFUL.

SEE HOW FEARFUL PEOPLE WERE WHEN CALVIN CALLED FOR A BUY FOR JAKS AT 40 SEN?

90% OF THE PEOPLE WERE CRINGING IN FEAR WHEN JAKS FELL TO 40 SEN AND ONLY CALVIN IN THE 10% BRAVE SOULS DARE TO BUY.

AND JAKS AT OVER RM1.20? 90% ARE TURNED BULLISH? THEN CALVIN IN THE 10% VALUE INVESTORS TUNED FEARFUL ON JAKS.

WAHAHA!

NO WONDER 90% OF PUNTERS EVENTUALLY LOSE MONEY AND ONLY 10% CONTRARIAN MADE ALL THE MONIES BUYING CHEAPLY

Sore points to watch out before investing in a company shares
Author: JohnMarcelene | Publish date: Thu, 28 Sep 2017, 08:23 PM

Applying to Bjcorp Situation.

Today, we can’t find any single company which has a perfect record when it comes to investing in their stocks. It seems as if it is hard to find a company share which can show a linearly upward trading trend on any of the renowned stockbroking platforms.
A lesson of how to protect ourselves and our hard earn money before it gets shattered.
Today here, I on a very serious node going to deliver you some of the major sore points that you must watch out before investing in any stock market.

Emigration of upper management:
Leaving off any member from the upper management is an alarming sign for all the investors. It’s an indication for all stock market traders and therefore needs to determine the actual reason behind their walk out. because It may be a sign that the delegates at the higher authority know of something going to happen within the organization or it may be for some regulatory issues.

Here, in Quidsi’s case, their finance chief left the company in March which could be considered as a crucial sore point while investing for Quidsi Stock. IN BJCORP THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT LOOKS STABLE LOH..!!

Excessive Debt:
Debt a key parameter that must be taken into consideration before investing in any online stock. Debt of any organization can be curated from their debt-to-equity ratio. This debt-to-equity ratio may seem varying depending upon the sector you are dealing with.
For example, Shiping industries always have a high debt-to-equity ratio in comparison with an IT industry.
NOT APPLICABLE TO BJCORP, IN THE LATEST ACCOUNT THE NET DEBT LEVEL HAD REDUCED INSTEAD OF INCREASED

Inventory an asset or a sore point:
Many online stock traders look inventories as a company’s assets and in most cases they are true. However, in many cases inventory may also cause hindrance against company’s future earning if they are not sold out.
Similar can be taken in account for Quidsi when Amazon has repositioned Quidsi’s inventory form their main pulpit.
Lagging financial results:
Late filing of financial result never grabs our attention because we overlook them as there might be some internal issues. Whereas, a good stock trader always take it as a remarkable sore point and investigate to find for what reason the filing of financial report gone late.
The stock market is volatile and this volatility depends on innumerable factors. Therefore it’s always been suggested to never take such issues as for granted.NOT APPLICABLE TO BJCORP, THE INVENTORY APPEAR VERY LOW.

Always go with cash flow rather than with net income:
Whenever we are going to decide for a company we focus on their net income. We hardly focus on their cash flow. This cash flow always needed to be considered. if net income is high and their cash flow is crippling the company may have problems in raising their revenue from their customers.
A recent study shows that the flow of cash gets deteriorated showing a jump of 55.23% from 44.96% which is again a spectacular sore point.
IF U CAREFULLY LOOK AT BJCORP, THE CASHFLOW APPEAR IMPROVE LOH..!!

IN CONCLUSION, ALOT OF PEOPLE BASED ON HEARSAY AND PREJUDICE BY SIMPLY ATTACK BJCORP, BUT IF U ANALYSE BJCORP CAREFULLY, THE FUNDAMENTAL IS NOT AS BAD AS DESCRIBE, IN FACT IT HAS IMPROVE LOH....!!

THUMBS UP FOR CALVIN FOR STANDING UP TO WRONG PERCEPTION.

I have come across the following two concerns when comparing the two most quarterly report. Anyone has any idea?

1. FY18 1st quarter report

In this quarter report, there's asset(s) held for sale amounting to RM 516 million and I can't source any description about this in the quarterly report (Only RM 43 million of asset(s) is held for disposal in FY17 annual report. Could anyone kindly help in identifying as to what assets in particularly that's being placed for disposal.

2. FY17 4th quarter report

In this quarter report, the financing cost amounts to RM 126 million (vs FY16 4th quarter report's RM 102 million) when the debts in FY17 4th quarter is less than FY16 quarter. Compared this to FY18 first quarter's RM 91 million while debts have not reduced significantly. Kind enough to share what's causing the sharp rise in financing cost during the FY17 4th quarter?

Thanks.

Hi Kahhoeng,

1. FY18 Q1 report, the assets held for sales RM 516 million, vs RM 43 million in FY17-Q4.
There is no clear statement on it, however if you read Annual Report on FY17, Material Properties as compare to AR on FY16. The Commercial development at Berjaya Central Park - Ritz Carton Residents (Book value of RM 523 million, at 30-04-16) was removed from there. However, no announcement had been made. I presume this is the "assets held for sales".

2. FY17 Q4 report, financing cost is high, up to RM 126 million, much higher than FY16 Q4, while the debts n FY17 Q4 is lesser than FY16 Q4, this is due debts amount recorded is at closing date of financing year end. When Bj Corp progressively repay back the debts, the outstanding sum still subject to interest charges. If you read into each quarter report, you will found the highest debts is at FY17 Q2.

the loss mainly due to
Foreign currency translation -21486K (2017) Compared to +78919K (2016)
Share of other comprehensive items of associates -15272K (2017) Compared to + 5298K (2016)

Cash generate from operating +127M (2017) Compared to -18M (2016) ......good sign.

Bj Toto Net profit to shareholder 74312 (2018Q1) & 61380 (2017Q1)
if BjCorp hold same percentage of BjToto, 95 x 74312 / 61380 = 115
it shown that Vietlott still yet bring any contribution to BjCorp as only 104 operation result from gaming operation. ....May be need some more time for covered up the overheads

Debt reducing 6499M to 6291M ......good sign.

The JDC Lawsuit is still ongoing.... dun know much the valuation submitted to the high court.
