Let me explain, Vincent hold so much loan stock and warrants. that if he converts at this 20 sens is too much impairment to all his vested co holding it. So to avoid this, they have to push pass 1.20 per share. that's the conversion price. SO I BET this share will hop like hyper loop and not rocket
