Looking at the above report released on 12/4 only 1M BJCorp shares registered in the name of Berjaya Sompo Insurance (70% subsidiary of Sompo Japan & only 30% associate company owned by Berjaya Capital) was direct sale on 9 April. The rest of the list are only repetitions of the same sale as deemed interest due to the crossholding nature of Berjaya Companies.

I noticed the same style of reporting on direct sale of 45M BJCorp shares on 9/4 which was registered under Hotel Resorts Enterprise (direct interest) as a subsidiary of BJCorp but also named VT, Robin as deemed interest due to crossholding nature of Berjaya companies.

The same style of reporting on direct sale of 55M BJCorp shares on 8/4 which was registered under Hotel Resorts Enterprise (direct interest) as a subsidiary of BJCorp but also named VT, Robin as deemed interest due to crossholding nature of Berjaya companies. Correct me if I am wrong?

Everybody is not clear yet what is the intention of VT major corp restructuring. If this meant solely for goreng for election funding purposes, then surely party won't finish so soon.
If VT intention is to handover for professional to run and grow its business during his sunset years, then Bjcorp surely has alot of potential to grow in mid to long term.
No matter what's the intention, now is still is the best time buy for short term and trade with care.
That's my 2c
