how can we retrieve d info of 14/04 direct business transaction of 0.47 for half mil shares ?


I can see in my Kentrade platform under; market/direct business transactions.

If you have problems with your platform, you can ask your remisier to look it up in their system.

I looked at it just after noon time today and saw the off market transactions done on BJLand and BJCorp Shares on 13 and 14 April respectively.

Verdict - Bad. Throught this month major support 0.40 has never been broken by closing price. Yes broken by intraday prices but always rebounded to close above 0.40.

Today it broke support 0.40. Next support 0. 34.

Closing price must close above 0.40 to show uptrend. If below then downtrend

I think the collector revising his price lower now cuz of Covid, I also TP out 45sens to repark lower at 30 sens. BJ corp mainly is supported by BJ land, Now BJ Land also 30 sens. it was eye to eye level when BJ land was 45 == BJ corp also 45, if we follow correlation, it will fall

I bought some BLand...BCorp bought Penta's BLand with 1.267 shares of BCorp, and now BLand is worth less than 0.80 BCorp.

Put is this way, Jalil also know the huge part of the hospitality business needs a hibernation... They all need to sleep until Covid Winter is over. .. estimated still will correct lower follow BJ Land price and then when things recover, price will also. But far far to wait.

Even when Jalil has more money, his goal is to compare now if Private placement or via buying open. Looking between cash flow vs share gain. If he pump as private placement, then BJ land has hope to start building affordable housing. if buy shares, then the only point is to get other than Jalil's money to private place in BJ Corp.

I think VT & company is selling both BJLand & BJCorp shares recently. Don't know what's his game plan but at the rate BJCorp is falling may catch up with BJLand soon to reach equilibrium?

U all need to know this loh!

The selling of Bjcorp & bland are mainly due to associate berjaya-sompo insurance joint venture where vt has only 30% stake in which have no control mah....!!

The sompo block of bland & bcorp need to be cleared b4 it can decisive move up loh!!.

Why previously Sompo did not sell leh ??
Bcos losing monies mah...!!

VT still wants bcorp to move up alot loh....but 1st they must take out the sompo block cheaply 1st loh!!

Quietly Vt cronies are accumulating to do that loh!
