2 things must happen before stock market can recover. 1-Trump must be impeached 2-BN to return to power. Looks like PH does not know how to manage the economy. They can only talk and shout but when given oppurtunity to show, they failed big times!

Many too afraid of conversion, but the cost is either 4PA exchange for 3Wce or top up 4sen for every PA in exchange for 1 wce. Therefore, based on PA price now at 26.5sen, cost is 30.5sen or 35.5sen, compared to current market price of only 31sen. No worth of converting through PA. It’s best to direct buy from open market now at 31sen.

If you originally have 1000 shares of wcehb and gone through the RI, you would have forked out 2*rm240 to subscribe for the rights of 2000 wce-pa and received a 500 free warrants, wce-wf.

There was a mistake in the previous post, decimal points were missed out on the PA part, the calculation should be

Price b4 RI
=0.31 +2*(0.26-0.24)+0.5*0.14
=0.42

Similar case with NovaMsc where a major shareholder is allocated 420m icps share at 1c in the ICPS RI/PLACEMENT ISSUE proposal with exercise price fixed at 4c, 50% discount to its pre-proposal stock price and the most current NTA. This profit making tech company with healthy account and sound order book plunged 40% immediately post proposal. IMHO, the bod members dun hv the interest of the other shareholders at heart in proposing the PI exercise by suppressing the teap price and giving a huge discount to the teap price in determining the exercise price. Moreover, the placement proposal may hv violated the bursa constitution of 10% threshold of current NOSH of the company, besides its methodology in determining the price of placement share based on past 1 year price movement instead of the most recent 5 days ones.
