Agree. Still no toll house; build highways need $ but no income. So debts will increase.

Shorterm is challenging
1 income insufficient to service loan
2 only 10% rcps converted. Many investors unloading at this price.
3 non syariah. many local funds can't buy in
4 the gov just announced no toll rate hike for plus. FF will think twice before investing in Malaysian toll operators.

WCEHB-PA is not attractive because one needs 4 sen to convert to parent. Moreover for 2nd year the terms would be different. That should entice more holders to sell, but that is not seen

4 wcepa current price is 0.345 x 4 =1.38 for 3 wcehb (current price?)

True. Observed this phenomena and draw attention too, and since WCEHB daily volumes much higher compare to WCEHB-PA. Strange....
Thus, using regular invest and cost averaging method to mitigate fluctuation and units accumulation.
