those who still own butaland should go to AGM on nov 2 to fire the kedekut dato buta yap and tell him 750 mil cannot give 300 mil as special dividend and still left 450 mil for capital expenditure

Last time I mentioned Cash payout in Pm Corp. But they told me to keep quiet as we cannot pre empt management official announcement as it will be against Bursa rule. This is a kind of insider trading.

So i listened to them. And just as i expected Pm Corp later gave a cash payout.

SO JUST WAIT.

PM CORP DID A CORP EXERCISE BY CAPITAL REDUCTION AND THEN GAVE A CASH PAYOUT OF 8 SEN

SAME THING IN RCECAP. IT GAVE CASH PAYOUT OF 7.5 SEN FROM 27.5 SEN

DUTALAND ALREADY GONE FOR A CORP EXERCISE AND REDUCED PAR VALUE FROM RM1.00 TO 50 SEN

EXCESS CASH FOR WHAT?

7亿5000万令吉即将到手，丹斯里叶永松的富达置地（DUTALND 3948）会怎麽用这笔钱呢？

在昨天，富达置地和宝实得种植（BPANT 5254）签署正式买卖合同，将沙巴州所有油棕园卖给後者，成交价是7亿5000万令吉。买卖合约签署，富达置地近期将收到巨款，该公司如何运用这笔钱备受注目。

叶永松拍板将所有油棕园卖出後，该公司可能被列为PN17公司，即该公司没有核心业务，手上仅握有现金。

富达置地昨日通告大马股票交易所，表示该公司将维持上市地位，同时会寻找新生意，或是收购其它资产。

该公司在文告里说：「董事局决定保有大部份现金，以寻找新的投资机会。」

「董事局将视新生意需要用到多少钱，才决定保留多少现金，以作营运之用。目前我们正在检讨於吉隆坡东姑山（KENNY HEIGHT）的高档产业联营计划，以及DUTA GRAND酒店计划，若要重新启动这两项庞大计划，需要较大资金。」
