PMCORP according to its latest annual report has close to RM138m CASH. After disposal of PMHLDG it should have about RM148M. If sell core biz (chocolate factory), RM ??? CASH. Bonus 2015= CAPITAL REPAYMENT !! Yahoo!!!

The NTA of PM Corp is more than 50 cents.

This Year PM Corp can unlock 50% interest in Laura Ashley South American Franchise. I think there is RM20 Million cash there.

Another asset is the 6 acres industrial land in Shah Alam bought in year 2009 for RM17 millions cash. It should be worth RM50 millions or more by now.

I think PM Corp if all assets are sold piece meal should be worth over 70 cents. For MUI Bhd which owns 10 Corus Hotels plus 70% of PM Corp & Mui Prop it should be above RM1.00.

Let's watch in coming days how MUI Group unlock its assets and we can then see its true value.

Calvin, free float of Pmcorp then 30%. Share capital 700 + mil. Around more than 200m free float. Last two days vol already 120 +mil. Vol so high must b churning or else there should not b so much shares q to sell?

Must b the prop traders or people collecting? Or both?

by the time they see it, it is too late for them to make $$$.

Yes and no.

Short term it has almost touched 52 weeks high of 36 cents already.

So stale bulls of last year and late 2013 months might cash out.

Will price go up or side way? I really don't know as over a short term PM Corp price is propelled by the Media & Mr. Market's frenzy. But over a longer term when all the Values of PM Corp is released it should trade higher.

It took a long time for UMW to rise from 50 cents to RM14.00 (year 1983 to year 2013).

So if you think of short term punting please be careful. If for longer term - sure OK.
