Wa this counter is something interesting i bought it at 0.32 after waited for so long thinking it was so so cheap , later bought again at 0.27 thinking that must be the lowest and today 0.25 wa never end . So best thing is to lock it up and go to sleep ...zzzzzz...will wake up in 2020

eddysurge, BJCorp has bought VT's BJLand at a premium, preferred shares + warrants (2 warrants/preferred share) + cash (can't remember how much.) That's the reason I has been adding BJLand shares, in hope a similar deal will be offered to BJLand's other minority shareholders to take BJLand private, given that BJCorp already owns more than 72% of BJLand and together with VT owns more than 79% of BJLand...

May i ask a noob question ? If TSVT were to take BJLand pvt what would the takeover price be like ? Seeing him he prolly will be pushing it even lower if he intends to do that ? Any rules and regulations on the takeover price, that is if he is subjected to the rules la, like i say a noonie asking noob question but would appreciate some light on this ? Tq

Firstly, take over! Combined maybe. TSVT maybe using share conversion. But, I guess only.. Unless bjland can get investors buying the share at higher price,then bjcorp can sell to any person interested.

so if he is to privatise bjland..the step is

1. make an offer with price at the highest for past 6 month
2. within this offer period accumulate all shares sold to him via this exercise to 90%
3. when it reach 90% he can force buy remaining 10% from minority at reasonable price..
4. privatise complete 100%
