Smart ppl only will buy not sell. If you cant average down, yes u better sell. There should be reason behind this. With recent push down like no tommorow lolz. The lower it is, more chance for u to grap at cheaper price provide u able to average. After sometime for pushing down, there should be much solid ground and support price and frm there u should see a rebound. But i not expect earn from this, i want to earn more from these exercise. good choice to sell but to buy hengyuan might not be a good choice. nowadays, keeping cash on hand will be good.

of course, Bjland was loss making due to provision impairment RM 156m for failure to get payment from china great wall in previous q result. However, coming q result will revert back to normal + gain on disposal above should show positive earning.

Bjland have no ownership in ritz Carlton, it only act as marketing agent and manage property. Ritz carton is develop by bjcrop other wholly own subsidiary
