Hi athan88, no such thing as fair value in my dictionary, I shall play by ear, of course first target price is around 1.60 to 1.70, most people is unsure of the sustainability of the quarter ended Sept 2015, this latest quarter shall provide some comfort level to those that based their research on the timber extraction, as long as USD to RM stay above RM4, I think new few quarters might be good as well, this counter is just at the onset of long term momentum, why put your money into counters that has surged few hundred percent like geshen, petronM, hevea and many more

The Board of Directors of W T K Holdings Berhad recommended a final single-tier dividend of 4.98% or 2.49 sen net per share of RM0.50 each in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2015 ("Proposed Final Dividend") for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The entitlement and payment dates for the Proposed Final Dividend have yet to be decided and shall be announced at a later date.

This announcement is dated 26 February 2016.

good result, i cannot demand more from it.

The division I most worry about is oil & gas, WTK eventually proven it can make money from oil & gas, this quarter has made 5m ringgit compare to break even in the previous quarter. As WTK is juz providing boats and engineering services to Petronas, hopefully this division will become a stable cash cow of WTK.

" The loss before tax for this quarter was mainly due to one-time
write off of expenses amounting to RM7.4 million previously capitalized in addition to
low FFB yield coupled with weak CPO prices to cover the operational costs as the palms
are still at its early production life cycle."

This is the common practice of WTK, tend to write down all the expenses first, so can pay less tax right now, it is considered bitter first, sweetness after. (先苦后甜)

then come to the disposal of Wisma Central:

" Once the disposal of this parcel is completed, the Group would then recognise the gain on disposal of approximately RM6 million in the financial year December 31, 2016.
With the exception of the above parcel, the remaining parcels of properties signed in the
SPAs were successfully completed and a disposal gain of RM9.9 million was recognized
in the financial year ended 31 December 2015."

That's mean there will be a 6m ringgits gain from wisma central can be juiced out in the next quarter.

And the most important, the managment is willing the share the gain with shareholders by paying 2.5cents， dividend yoy has grown 37%!

Now the 12m trailing pe of WTK is 11, b4 result was 19, so u can imagine how much the share price need to climb to come back to pe 19.
