Hengyuan’s fundamentals aren’t great. In fact, it’s pretty bad. The huge problem is the amount they owe creditors

Short term borrowings are about half a billion less than their retained earnings. Their RM2 billion in “property, plant and equipment” are exceptional accounting pluses and no one will buy their real estate

They are ripe for selling some of their business, same as KNM

If you GoogMap “Hengyuan Port Dickson” you’ll see a HUGE refinery site there, with a land size fit for hundreds of families
