Why Refinery Crack Spread at stubbornly high price leh ??

This is bcos of ESG mah! Investing in refinery require high capex in the billions mah!

Bcos of emphasis.....in ESG no one dares to invest in new refinery as they fear they could not recouped its capital, eventhough there is a shortage in capacity loh!

As a result they continue to run the refinery old junk to milk & accumulate as much profit they can get loh!

Despite President Biden urge the USA Refinery to increase capacity, the owner just give the President a very cool reception loh!

Actually monkeymakers is quite good in identifying stock trends.Problem is he is all talk only,cakap pandai saja.He only invests in astro,a stagnant stock,cos he is too kiasu.He shud hv shorted hrc is so damn sure,but as i said,cakap pandai saja.NATO...no action talk only....kikiki

guys why so obsessed about OTB or KYY and simply accuse HY management conman etc...

have you all spend sometime going through their annual report and the rich & vast information they shared about their business, accounting methodology and hedging principles?

do you all think these are fake information?

there are so many malaysian executives involved in their top management

the whole world knows refineries are minting money

OTB and KYY are not going to dictate what Q2 earnings is going to be and you should know that is all that matters (Q2 earnings) to determine HY price direction in near future

so, please spend some time understanding HY hedging strategy and business model to predict yourself what will be the earnings going forward

Win or lose on Hengyuan is not ended here now.
Like Johnzhang said, net PAT of Hengyuan for FY2022 is > 1 billion RM.
EPS is > 3.33.
I do not simply choose a lousy stock to invest, I choose the stock must be very good in fundamental.
All my wealth I made from KLSE, It is not a million, it is multi million profit.

A stock like Supermx, I recommended at 3.60, I sold a lot > 24.00.
Likewise, I bought and recommended Hengyuan around 5.90 in 2017 in I3, I sold them at 17.50.
I do not look at peanut profit, I want to win big.

All records are still in I3, look them out to see for yourself.
I talk with facts and figures.
