I don't understand one thing in this forum. KLSE is just for long on retail player, we can't short even the warrants are call warrants. Besides, Institutional never care about retail player like us or named as small fish.

Why are we fighting here, and are these people keep warning us it will plunge and plunging is imminent considered good person? Haha sometime let's talk more constructive idea rather than just shotting each other though.

b) How is the SPR looks like now than previous weeks?
c) Is OPEC planning to trim the output?
d) Is Iran Deal going to happens?
e) Has Russian cut the pipiline of Gas to Europe?
f) Has China recovered from the pandemic and 0 covid is problem ?
g) How is the demand in US ?
h) Do you think the crack spread affecting only gasoline, how about jet fuel and diesel?
i) Look the price action of US refiners and their outputs?

HY is refiner @ profits based on crack spread (not oil price)

Oil price will stay high while crack spread collapse/normalise (refiners dont have pricing power @ margin always squeezed by oil producer)

Recent Mogas spread collapse 80% (usd33 to usd7) proof that high spread unsustainable (historically proven - even diesel spread)

EU consumes 820,000 bpd of Diesel currently from Russia. Thats 2 million barrels per day capacity of a complex refinery.

I believe EU & US is determined to weaken nuclear power russia and completely move away from dependence on their fuel.

This is marathon, do not give up on Hengyuan easily...

4. Rest of product yield at 12%, using Mogas 95 cracks USD 15.19/bbl

Gross refining margin:

= (0.46 x 42.98 ) + (0.07 x 34.54) + (0.35 x 15.19)+ (0.12 x 15.19)
= 19.77 + 2.42 + 5.31 + 1.82
= US $ 29.3 / brl

Gross Profit at above derived present refining margin of US $29.3/brl

= (10.7 million barrel sales per qtr) x ( US $29.3/brl) x (MYR 4.4/USD)
= 1.379 Billion MYR

HY is one of the low cost players in the region. mogas and diesel is priced in USD, with MYR depreciating, the repatriation of USD into MYR will blow the figures in financial statements huge, hence big revenue/profit.
