Petronm and HRC alreaady done their Capex upgrading plant to comply with EURO 4M mogas and EURO 5 diesel. Hence should able to have enough Free Cash Flow (extra ordinary refining margin) to pare down borrowing and give dividend.
Probability, then ok, forget comparing Petron with HRC. Any thoughts on HRC’s historical dividends?

No aggressive company should want to be “debt free”. Debt is a must but must be manageable. Leverage is super important for long term investors. Our country’s two big funds reduced their stakes for a reason
“Definitely expect” a company to pay dividends is out of shareholders’ hands. I cannot believe you posted that. You gotta study the balance sheet before saying “definitely”. Look at ROE, retained earnings, etc etc etc
It is very easy to play around with MFRS. It is even easier to report income as you wish due to this…
