Net cash flows from operating activities RM 186,468,000: 160,876,000

Very good cash flow. By next 2 quarters will be in Net cash position.

For the current quarter and year-to-date under review, the Group recorded higher revenue when

production had improved by 130,835MT or 33% when compared to corresponding period last year.
The pre-tax profit was slightly better for the current financial year-to-date when compared to the
corresponding period last year mainly due to:-
 23% and 24% lower CPO and PK production cost as a result of 34% and 35% increase in
production volume respectively;
 lower administrative expenses and finance cost incurred in the current year-to-date

Dividend Payable

The PE only 4.44, the lowest in the Plantation stock. The EPS is 14.74, if the PE is 8, the price should be RM1.18.
7 quarter also making profit. 21Q4 RM18.8m, 22Q1 RM24.6m, 22Q2 RM51.1m, 22Q3 RM18m, 22Q4 RM42.2m, 23Q1 RM34m, 23Q2 RM49.4m
Dividend for 23Q1 is 0.028, 23Q2 is 0.015. BUT the share price only RM0.68 now.

price is what you pay
value is what you get

many times people overpay for things of little value

and sometimes people cannot see a bargain when value is sold at deep discount

Jtiasa is one of them

Grossly undervalue
highly misunderstood
Therefore Jtiasa is a hidden gem for value seekers

Fong Siling aka Cold Eye has picked this gem and bought up 5 million Jtiasa shares

Watch out for end Feb 2023 Malaysia CPO stock level.

Palm Oil Hits 8-week High Malaysian palm oil futures were trading around the MYR 4,300 per tonne mark, closing in on their highest level since November 2022, buoyed by brisk export demand, a weaker ringgit, and supply concerns. Exports of Malaysian palm oil products for Feb. 1-25 rose between 15.3% and 25.4% from the same period in January, cargo surveyors showed. On top of that, the Malaysian Meteorological Department warned of danger-level continuous rain across western regions, raising flooding risks and sparking concerns about disrupted supplies. Supporting prices further, key markets India and China might need to refill their inventories of edible oil in the coming months. At the same time, any unfavorable weather conditions in India could ignite worries about the country's domestic production. .

Hello, this is Bing. I see you are interested in Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad (JTIASA), a Malaysian company that operates in various sectors such as oil palm, timber and property development1.

According to Yahoo Finance12, JTIASA shares have rebounded 29% in the last thirty days after a sharp drop in October 2022. However, some investors may still be concerned about the company’s earnings outlook, as it reported a lower-than-expected revenue and profit margin for the second quarter of 20232.

The company’s CEO Dato’ Wong Sie Young has given an interview to Asia Outlook magazine3 where he discussed the challenges and opportunities facing JTIASA, as well as its new ventures and direction. He expressed confidence in the company’s long-term growth potential and its ability to diversify its business portfolio3.

Are you looking for more information about JTIASA or its competitors?

Jaya Tiasa Holdings is set to resume its uptrend as it rebounded strongly above the 21-day average line, surpassing the MYR0.68 previous breakout level, on strong trading volume. The “higher high” bullish pattern printed yesterday may propel the stock northwards towards MYR0.80, followed by MYR0.90. However, the counter may reverse direction if it drops below the MYR0.65 support, forming a “lower low” bearish pattern below the average line.

Jtiasa was once a blue chip in KLSE.
Due to bearish market sentiment, this stock really cannot perform.
When Jtiasa will return back to its previous glory ?
Hopefully the share price can move up north to 1.00 soon.
TA chart is bullish now.

The recent shakeup in JTiasa's board may usher in better things to come, including a more generous dividend policy. It seems the less Tiong family involvement in the business, the better. Investors with a long memory will not have forgotten the 10% private placement in 2012 to raise over RM300 million; the rosy picture painted, and then the steady decline of the share price since from Rm3 to penny status with the board of directors seemingly unconcerned about minority shareholders. JTiasa needs to repair its reputation with investors. It seems to be heading that way.
