A signal that indicates most ppl give up on it is that many lovers or supporters either disappeared from this forum or turned from promoter to hater . Most of you here seem new comers, haha
announcement on special tax reliefs or benefits coming out in Oct budget. Miti { Azmin } previously said we will ask MOF for special incentives for high tech technology under budget 2023
Strong closing at 82.5 sen indicates a bullish candlestick chart breakout. Prices should sustain if upward momentum continues. Chart indicates 82 -85 price range.
Planting a coconut till harvesting the juicy and refreshing nuts takes 6-7 years (there seems to be Philipino crone which needs only 3 plus yrs ?), a Musang King ,at least five yrs. Oil Palm the golden tree, three yrs. How long have u invested in Dnex ? 2 yrs , 2 months ? If u want overnight success, try it at Genting Highland. Dont grumble like grandma here . this forum is for ppl to share useful info ,not anger , complaints, insults etc etc.
DNex interim dividend. 0.0006 sen announcment in April'22. Financial year ending June. Possibility of final dividend for FY 22 announcement forthcoming
Dirt cheap for our Singaporeans neighbours to buy.. less than SGD 30 cents for a profitable company with govt contracts, oil, wafers, submarine cables, Foxconn, Chinese and Saudi interest
If DNex Directors not mindful or pay close attention to the share price very soon they find foreigners owning huge chunks of DNex shares compared to Malaysian retail investors. To build n operate a Wafer plants involves billions and here we have SilTerra, Ping Petroleum, govt contracts etc etc. Share price is trading at PE4.7. Possibly some smart investors are picking up DNex at these prices 82 - 83 sen.
I personally hv some shares in DNex and honestly I’m disappointed with the share price performance which I felt it should not be a penny stock with all the favourable businesses they hv. Disappointed but still a faithful Dnexer
I don’t think it is so much about the management. Looking at their financial performances last year they are doing ok. Prudent in their spending. A cash balance of about RM1bil in the war chest speaks volume of their financial discipline. I would think the share price is somewhat suppressed for now to allow certain parties to collect more shares at low price. Don’t forget Foxconn paid 90sen for their block of shares at a time when SilTerra was still operating at low volume and at a loss perhaps too. Now that SilTerra has turned around and secured long term purchase agreements and oil prices hv been well above USD90 then ‘logically’ the share price should be higher than 90sen. But it is not right now! Don’t know what’s their game plan. Be patient and hold till next Qtr results
The additional production specialty expansion in the 200 mm foundry capacity takes time. Management guidance quoted { Tan Sri Syed Zainal } by early 2023. Annual production will increased from 8.3 million mask layers at end July 2021 to 10 million mask layers
TSMC's revenue in August leaped 58.7% year-on-year to a fresh all-time high NT$218.13 billion (US$7.06 billion) and up 16.8% over July. Jan-Aug revenue hit NT$1.43 trillion, up 43.5%.
Intel's revenue will decline 17% in 2H22 y/y and 7% sequentially, based on CEO comments at Evercore. 2H y/y decline happened only twice since 2009 (2012 & 2020). Revenue will come in around $65 b for 2022 (an $11b lower than Apr 22 guidance). $NVDA is also set to see a 2H decline
Hmmm.....not to say go above 90c....87c also cannot stand.....and people said September is 1.07 to 1.17. He/she bough at 84c again. Now he/she will say he bought at 79c too......
My pet fish is rolling on the floor laughing so hard!
I don’t get it why some fellow investors make fun of or ridicule others. We should be helping fellow investors with facts and information so that we can make correct investment decisions. That said, those who have bought DNex at higher prices and now suffering paper losses here are some facts that could give you hope. Just hold on and don’t despair.
1. DNex did well FY22 with a net profit of RM549.6 mil. How many companies on Bursa hv profits above RM500 mil? Not many. 2. DNex 3 core biznes - Technology (SilTerra), Energy (Ping Petroleum) & IT ( Govt contracts - NSW ). Let’s see how these 3 core biznes performed FY Jun 22 3. DNex technology biznes emerged as the biggest contributor with RM857mil ( 60% of total revenue). Next, their Energy biznes recorded revenue of RM379 mil ( 26% of total revenue ). IT contributed RM200mil or 14% 4. Are these 3 core biznes performances sustainable? 5. A ‘Yes’ for Technology - higher average selling price (ASP), continued worldwide demand for chips, SilTerra’s operational improvements/efficiency & outputs - plant expansion. Then there is this 3 long-term agreements secured with major clients which will fulfil capacity utilisation by more than 70 per cent. 6. A ‘Yes’ for Energy too - The Brent crude oil spot price forecast averages $98 per barrel (b) in the fourth quarter of 2022 (4Q22) and $97/b in 2023 ( Source US EIA ). According to a Research house, Ping Petroleum has a low operating expense per barrel (opex/bbl) of less USD20. They reckoned the estimated cash-breakeven crude oil price to be at about US$45 per barrel. A good margin of safety unless oil prices drop to the USD50s. Possible but unlikely. 7. Another ‘Yes’ for their IT govt contract biznes. DNex have secured the National Single Window (NSW) contract extension until August 31, 2024. Their new trade facilitation-related service offerings, especially in the business-to-business (B2B) segment locally are gaining traction. They are also moving NSW into international markets and are in the pilot implementation phase 8. Whilst revenue are important to any company, more important is net cash flow. You would hv heard of companies reporting bloated revenue and profits but with negative cash flow. What happens next? These companies goes ‘bust’. 9. For FY22, DNeX generated a strong net cash flow from operating activities amounting to RM643.8 million. 10. The company's balance sheet remains solid with total cash of RM1.02 billion, while total loans and borrowings stood at RM319.3 million as of June 30, 2022. 11. DNex is currently trading at PE of 4.7. Average PE for tech/semiconductor stocks on Bursa is around 20 12. DNex NTA is 59 sen meaning DNex is not an hollow company

LOL, you said that in year 2020 and you are still wearing the same shirt ..... Did you miss a few episodes of Dx? Honda box, granpa also hanging for past 6-7 years..... and you?
I would put it a MAYBE not YES as I believe there are execution and cost issues related
To recap DNeX through EDI-M then TimeDotCom has been operating the NSW (previously known as EDI Malaysia) for more than 30 years as a sole service provider. In addition DNeX has also other contracts from the government not related to NSW.
If you review the various announcements since Tan Sri took over there are many initiatives such as SEALnet related; JV with EXIM, China Construction Bank, CapBay on trade financing and RSW; are viable plans. But results (or data not available) do not show inline with the potential. So is it an execution problem or cost related (too many outsourced resources?)
There were also a legal dispute.
My guess is this "house" is not in order yet for various reasons. Hence I put a MAYBE
Promoters cannot be like that one....comes in once a week with a single line shouting $4-6 and then disappeared without giving facts and figures........just like dumping rubbish in your living room.
