1) You mean we should use green energies ( clean energies) in order to reduce carbon emissions ? Well, that's good idea !

2) You mean this is a "wake up" call that we should install green energies ( clean energies) with the solar panels on the roof top as approved by the authorities and sell whatever excess energies to the TNB on contractual basis so we could make some some money ?

Note the wordings : return of foreign funds.

No matter how good a share is. There is always up and down or vice versa. This is very normal in stock investment.

I would say YTL and YTLPOWER are stocks with solid fundamentals.
