should be. if you want to confirm, tomorrow morning can see the YTL(X) then can sell, if show YTL(C) then can't sell.

Tat's why your don't attend last agm...for past 2yrs paid high dividend up to 9cents coz of father request...even last year ago he also bla bla bla but this yr can't keep his promises...now finally his fully incharged all inside peoples knew "no more high dividend"!!!further more will follow their"land company"tp0.50!!!。。。。slow bznes!slow income!but holding many "cash"waiting for property market crash n buy in!!!wait long long lo!!!kikiki...if u still :/ :-(big faith as this family's counter go n attend their coming next month ago lo...u will b that sad one ....but rm50 token n free Koop or tea surely give away lo...kikiki

Question : Since both dividend and bonus share ex date on the same day, the RM0.05 per share is calculated based the total share before add in bonus share or after?

Multi-national Malaysian infrastructure conglomerate YTL has announced plans for its first major UK project, a resi-led regeneration of 354 acres at Filton Airfield, have received the green light from South Gloucestershire council.

The plans submitted by YTL include 2,675 new homes alongside provision for 62 acres of employment space, three new schools, recreational areas and community facilities, a new railway station and a dedicated Metrobus route in the north of Bristol.

The 350 acre site was previously owned by BAE Systems before the closure of the airport in 2012 and acquired by YTL in 2015.

Filton Airfield is one of the largest brownfield sites in the country, and it represents YTL Developments’ first major project in the UK acting as a single landowner. YTL plans for the homes on the site to have built-in ‘smart’ technology and construction of the first buildings is expected to begin in autumn 2018. The existing Concorde Museum, aero collection and historic listed spitfire hangar will remain part of the site alongside the new properties.

UK chief operating officer for YTL Barra Mac Ruairí said: “We are delighted that our plans to deliver a new neighbourhood of much-needed homes, community facilities and great parks and green spaces to this area of South Gloucestershire will now become a reality. YTL has taken time to produce a quality scheme as will be our hallmark. We have not rushed our application as it is the foundation for our future delivery. We have been investing in utilities, property and hotel assets across the UK for over a decade and we are committed to building a positive social and economic legacy for future generations.

YTL was founded by Dr Yeoh Tiong Lay in 1955 and now has a combined market capitalisation of $10.15bn. Its land & development division currently has a land bank of more than 2,000 acres in Malaysia with properties in Australia, Japan and China as well as holding Muse Bray Cottages and The Gainsborough Bath Spa Hotel in the UK.
