No, that's 2 doses, 3rd dose will definitely prevent Cat 4 & 5 as elderly will have a better protection as well. How the hell did Genting is dropping? Genting themepark, hotel, casino are all in the process of reopening and people will be going, we are living with this endemic. Government is preparing for more economic sector reopening, vaccination progress rapidly and phase 3 coming soon. There will only be good than bad.

Not yet, depends on Pahang ADULT partial vaccination rate on 9 September. That will translate to the fully vaccinated rate at the end of September (after 3 weeks gap). The target we are looking for I think is 80% and also the capacity ICU and hospitalisation usage that will determine the opening Interstate travel.

Klang valley and N9 vaccination rate are already there and also the ICU and hospitalisation usage are dropping. So all factor considered, now depends on Pahang = Pahang + N9+ Klang valley (interstate) instead of waiting for every state to reach the required criteria. You can git pull the daily data from MOH, the data don't lie.
