The turnaround to Profitability was mainly from the share of profit in the Vietnam joint venture which amounted to RM 140.7 million in FYE2021 as compared to RM3.8 million in the previous year .

Soon9913, you are right to be suspicious but I can't show you the documents I received. Anyway, the strongest argument is that if the capacity charges are the same for the whole concession period, the IRR would have exceeded the the 12% permitted by the Vietnam Government. The capacity table that I received has IRR within the limit.

There are 2 ways to earn money for owners:
1) Continuous Rights Issue and Private Placements to benefit owners
2) Push up the share price high to benefit the owners (who own the most shares)

Jaks owners has obviously chosen route 1.

I was removed from DK private group by Aseng as DK has retired long ago. Because I agreed with Gotyou article that the capacity charge is declining using max 12% IRR in PPA negotiation as arguments. Jaks IR confirmed that the capacity charge is actually declining but said that based on INTERNAL projections, the equity IRR is still above 12%. The regulations does not allow OFFICIAL project IRR to be more than 12% during PPA negotiation. That does not mean that Jaks cannot achieve project IRR above 12% due to cost savings or higher production of electricity. I have done nothing wrong. DK allows all opinions as long as they are supported by credible arguments whether right or wrong. Is my removal fair to those silent members who can only hear one sided opinion now? I demand an apology and immediate reinstatement of my membership so that I can continue to share freely. Otherwise, I will report to DK on this unfair treatment and cyber bully. Seriously, I will recommend DK to shut down the group to protect the less informed members from one sided brainwash.
