It is the fact that no Dividend has ever been paid out to the shareholders as a reward since inception despite making profitability over the years.

To the woes of the investors/shareholders , the company has even begged for further funds from the investors/Shareholders from its issuance of warrants, PP and RI over the years. It is believed that the investors/shareholders are so pissed off to be ripped off over the years that they no longer to lend any support to the company asking for further injection. To add salt to the plights of the investors/shareholders, many are suffering from capital loss at the current pathetic share price that is drawing nearer and nearer to penny.
