anything below RM1.14 is a good price to buy

assuming RM100 million profits per year from Power Plant / 1755 million shares

=> 5.6 sen per share
=> X PE20 => RM1.14 per share

if you want to discount 30% losses from still screwing around the properties portfolio

that will make anything below RM0.795 is a good price to buy

@Analyser , this is accounting adjustment of impairment and provision of debts...Fundamental is still strong as there will have 20 years recurring income....But Bursa is not based on Fundamental but based on sharks will to push up or press down the share prices of targeted counters...
