i don't know if you ever experience this before.....normally, the more we expect it to be moving at one direction.....the more they will purposely try to make it move the other way round
very very weird feeling but it happens most of the time...they are kind a like reading our mind
1.Big institutional investors will start selling the shares that they own and start selling at a higher price. Sudden spike in price with major increase of sell rate.
2.As they continue to dump their stake of the particular company's share, the price plunges to the very bottom that they think it should be.
3.At this rate, most individual investor would have to cut their loss and hence realizing their paper loss. Hence the big institutional investors are getting shares at a very discounted price.
4.The price will stay at the bottom for quiet a long time before the big institutional investor decides that the stock's price should go up by now. The rally starts and most individual investors will join the cycle again and those who plans to hold the stock for a particular long time will be the next victim.
5.Hence they will be repeating the Step 1. all over again.
In m'sia besides O&G, tourism sector will be the next boom. Genting revamping its casino and rising tourist arrivals to m'sia would improve mahb's earnings. GST is actually a good thing for tourism coz simplify the taxes
i'm not bullish on manufacturing coz our labour costs are getting more expensive.... though the weakening of ringgit would cushion the slide in manufacturers' earnings. so best thing is invest in O&G, tourism and finance
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
