Protasco should consider a 1 for 1 bonus issue while the market still take it positively. It will be a good time to do it as the earnings is growing at double digits. Share holders likes stocks just below RM1.00. The distorted mentality is, it is cheap and it works all the time.

Once the price it up, what Protasco can do is just to deliver the results and surplus its own projections and the market will love this stocks. Just like how Sunrise previously done it, most launches allow owner to make 20% capital gain upon completion, the, the company will have loyal customers, grab up any launches without much questions. Same rule apply to stock. Give some sweeteners to the investors, more will come to support.

Director Ooi Kock Aun and Director Tey Por Yee are same gang, they bought the shares at about 90 cents to Rm1.0 more than a year ago for about 75 millions shares, now they are selling off slowly, be aware, Tey Por yee may start selling when ooi finish selling his. we just wait and see !

Yep it is still ok..Guaranteed 2.50 by end of the year la..You all just see. One of the directors selling to pay personal debt la hahaha I heard from friend. Aiyoyo sikit sikit sudah panic pui. You think can simply fall ah. 75% of the biz from construction la why wanna worry about that when the contracts that would guarantee the current high profit margins are already secured for one year+. Price cannot goes up because major shareholder is too slow in doing fast moving corporate deal making. Buying oil field wasted more than 1 year. Fund raising 1 year. Everything also slow, guarantee share price also slow. Switch to Sumatec. Buying even more lousy oil field but very very fast, share price goes very very high, market capital goes very very big, raise very very big money. All shareholders, company, investors and Bursa Malaysia very very happy.

These new shareholders of Protasco is not doing their job at all. How they answer to their investors and banks in support of fast moving growth? Ooi invest tens of millions for an orggy organic growth? Why hide behind as non executive director and keep selling shares and let 1 old director driving a Lumbogini like Proton Saga speed? Everybody should sell if a company has only 1 executive director running 1 man show. No governance no fresh blood no future. Learn from Sumatec boss. A PN17 company can also shoot 500% share price up and raise rm1billion, selling oil story. Sold Protasco bet Sumatec better.

the company is in gd hands of existing management no reason for new shareholders to help in business. i think the new shareholders are smart to give them free hand in business. the company 10 years no action sudden gets boosted in share price thanks to these new shareholders. both management and shareholder job well done. what else?

I already clear everything @2.10 right before dividend ex date. Never regret doing so. The only regret is I moved from inari to this turtle beginining of this year. You can continue ur hype when it goes back to 2.00, I have already moved to counter that are fundamental equally good but have far better technical performance. And yes, do ur own homework
