With the revised SPA cutting the valuation and earnings of the potential deal, and now management cutting the deal, optimistic signs the board knows what they are doing and not willing to take unwarranted risks with a "sketchy" partner in the hope of O&G growth. Core business is solid. Short term pain. But this Te Po Yee, insider trading for sure! Blatant selling prior to announcement. SC needs to act on this and clip this guy's wings.

Seller didn't meet the disclosure conditions Protasco put on the seller in the agreed revised SPA within the SPA timeframe. No grounds to sue. No transparency on the seller's part.

Very slick fox team here. Look at the speed and excuse. Perfect timing. Whole team of insiders. One sided information abuse PLC to cover their trail. Put the blame on business policy change. How investor knows what is business nature in that risky country? No experience why rish gping in? Policy can change overnight. So perfect chance for the fox team to excuse because policy change therefore cannot meet what company wants so quickly rush closure. Share price up fox team sold shares. Objective achieved.

Don't worry about vendor they will not sue. Not even a word. Yea there are willing vendor for free ride. Good cooperation. This is not first time and they are not the only PLC. No matter what they excuse. Series of event you can see both side win. They sold high now can buy. Follow fox tail.

RM1.90 can be cheaper to be RM1.80, RM1.80 can be cheaper until RM1.50 !!

So many shares in Bursa can pick they purposely go pick TPY's shares.

They thought TPY so generous will let them untung or profit gao gao. Too naive.
